good food options, nicely seasoned chips and the tacos taste amazing. the food came really fast and free refills for your drinks. the restaurant is really clean. 100% recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Everytime I go to taco bell I’ve never had good customer service the employees are always rude, I’ve only ever had one good experience with the customer service but other than that it’s disgusting. Today I ordered food and the person serving me didn’t at all sound friendly maybe because she was tired but if she’s working in a place she has to socialise in she should be friendlier to customers. After waiting for my food another person gave me the food it was just weird how she gave it, just rude! Overall food is good, customer service needs to be improved. Food: 5

Love Taco Bell, but unfortunately this location is run poorly and the staff (at least on the date of my visit) seemed to not care or lack competence and training. My food was served cold, and wasn't prepared like it was shown in the images. For example, my STACKED TORTILLA CHIPS was served cold. This is basic level food services.. make sure the food is cooked and not cold. The store was dirty and the staff were not at all friendly. It was a 'here's your food, bye" kind of experience. This always comes down to poor management and training. I won't be back. The BEST Taco Bell is in Chirnside Park. Their staff and formula are great. All meals I've had there are served fresh, hot, generous servings, friendly service and a clean restaurant. Taco Bell Roxburgh Park you have a way to go to get your food and service right. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
