When you work in a field of customer service THAT is EXACTLY what you need to give .on the receipt it says cashier is “juan a” at 4pm but when i went to window it was a girl with ZERO accountability for her mistakes. When a customer is asking for 3 supreme tacos no tomatoes and stary drink why not offer to make it a combo? THAT was that girls 1st mistake. 2nd mistake when you greet someone you say “HELLO with a smile ,sorry for not offering the combo instead,i went ahead and made the change for you so the total is ..” THAT is CUSTOMER SERVICE,not no face of eye roll ,and slam window when you get form of payment ,and face of (i hate this job and people) . To that girl ,you wont make it anywhere with THAT attitude.Taco Bell needs to have better standards.3rd she didn’t bother to offer any sauces or napkins ,i got off the truck went inside ,not a single word was said from ANYONE ,They all ran away like roaches.I get my napkins and sauces as I’m walking out THEN they all giggle and say “just for the sauces” .Mind you i work in a healthcare so that customer service is not acceptable.Taco Bell im sure this isnt the first complaint of this place/person,do better at hirring.

I ordered two beef burrito supremes got bean burritos, 4 taco supremes and got regular tacos!! Every time I have gone to this location my order is screwed up!! I will not be returning! They can't get it together!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
