GM hung up the phone in my face for expressing my concerns very passive and dismissive she was at the Thomson location took my order and watched food go out the window with incorrect potions a chicken cantina bowl with no chicken! I paid for extra steak no steak order placed and got to the window they didn’t have my drinks on the order and I donated! They wanted me to place another order for my drinks bc the GM and cashier doesn’t have active listening gave excuse after excuse and when I called she offered me to come back! Waste gas or meal on her and continued to say like I said as a GM . It’s clear why this location cannot keep workers and the food is always wrong disproportion and or old there is always an issue at this location and clearly it starts w management. Like a few other locals restaurants in Thomson this one is also 0/0 needs and not recommended Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience! had to wait over 30 mins for the food. there was only 2 employees and orders should be given out as its been ordered. 3 customers that order after me got their food and I still had to wait to get my order. It's unacceptable that there's only 2 employees on a Friday night. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Great and friendly customer service. This restaurant is extremely clean and well organized. Food is fresh and hot. The staff here actually seem to care about the appearance of the restaurant. I will definitely come back to this location. Just wish other Taco Bell location would take notes from this location. Great jobs!!!! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
