I never write reviews but this time I feel like I really needed to. I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. My food was cold, my order was incorrect, and several items were missing. On top of that, the workers were rude and unhelpful when I tried to ask about the missing items. It looked like the food had been thrown together with no care, and the wait was much longer than expected even though it wasn’t busy. The poor customer service made the whole experience even worse. I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this visit was frustrating from start to finish. I hope they improve their food quality, order accuracy, and customer service because this experience definitely did not meet expectations. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Make sure you look at your receipt at this location. They automatically over charge people with extra stuff. When we were given the food, the staff ansked us if we ordered extra stuff, we said no, annd had to wait extra time for them remake the food. When you noticed the over charge on the receipt, they refuse to give you a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

UPDATE: my partner decided to give this place another try and got food poisoning. Had to go to ER because he got so dehydrated from it DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. Used to be great but I’ve come here 3 times in the last couple months and gotten the complete wrong order. Don’t waste your time, if you don’t want a random mystery bag of food, go to a different location. Service: 1
