I had order on May 17th and they had forgot 2 of my items in my box, I only got half my food Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We don't eat out often but had grandkids which love taco bell so we said yes. We ordered online then when we picked it up tried to look through it to ensure it was all there but when we got home we was missing 3 items totalling over 10.00 so I tried to call but the phones were not accepting calls (9pm) so we drove back . The woman at the window was less then friendly this time no I'm sorry for our mistake NOTHING ! I also caught her rolling her eyes and making a smirk as if it was my fault or I was trying to get free stuff of which not at all, the gas I spent was probably more with the 2 trips, I even said I would show my app that I ordered it . It will be a long time before I go back to this taco bell due to the lack of hospitality I spent 54.00. I will drive to the next town in the future. I’ve been here several times and they consistently have great fresh food. The bean and cheese burrito was full and hot. The taco was also full, not skimpy and hot. Their customer service was was great very friendly. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
