Muy buena comida. Solo que pidan su bebida con poco hielo porque sirven más que la bebida

I email taco casa monthly to open a location in my how town because that’s how much o love it. However this is by far the worst location I have been to. And I have been to A LOT! Tortillas old and breaking. “I know damn well they seen that” taco shell steel. No lettuce in it and a pinch of cheese. This is after waiting 20 minutes for the food. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food but I do mind waiting and still getting old food. Do better. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I want to give a massive shout-out to the Taco Casa in Decatur, Texas, and specifically to Chelsea at the drive-thru window. It is rare to find someone who handles customer service with this level of care, and she truly deserves a raise for her hard work. Chelsea’s politeness and professionalism stood out the second we pulled up. What really impressed me was her ability to actively listen. She didn't rush us, paid absolute attention to every detail, and made sure our entire order was 100% correct. There were absolutely no mess-ups, and when she handed us our food, everything was nice, fresh, and steaming hot. She even went out of her way to double-check that we had all the extras we needed before we drove off. Her efficient service and bright attitude turned a standard drive-thru run into a fantastic experience. It is clear that she takes great pride in her job and genuinely cares about the customers. Taco Casa has a real gem on their hands with Chelsea. Thank you so much for the wonderful service—we will definitely be back!
