Es un lugar donde ya ahorita en pleno día siendo la 1 de la tarde lobby está cerrado pésimo en el servicio para agarrar una orden tardas de 15 20 hasta 30 minutos para poder agarrar tres tacos un burrito o algo y si te dicen que vayas por fuera igual tardanza no te atienden está este lugar definitivamente es un uno de los peores lugares donde puedes ordenar sea por línea o sea que vengas a agarrar la orden personalmente si agarras una orden por línea hasta las 7 de la tarde dejan de estar tomando órdenes en línea pésimo lugar pésimo. Had to remind the workers TWICE to make our full order. They gave us our food, but forgot our drinks. First time we reminded them about the drinks (pepsi and dirty soda), they gave us a single cup. Then waited another 5 minutes, after they started making themselves food and drinks, to remind them that we still need the other drink we ordered Service: 1

This location had such good service due to one lady.. I have no idea where she went but bring her back! Caaaause tonight at 10:40pm, it was the worst service. I already lower my expectations with taco bell but this one took the cake. Charged my card for a $7 item, that they didnt have ingredients for. Who I assume was one of the "cooks" due to the white gloves he was wearing when he approached and touched the window to talk to me about the missing ingredients since the lady there who dealt with me originally was too stoned or something to do anything to be a useful worker as she stood there staring off into the abyss. Well, the guy was very condescending and rather than listening to me trying to verify something is veggie to replace the item they couldnt make yet charged me for, he decided to be sarcastic as if I know the menu as well as him. The whole experience was nearly as bad as McDonalds. That being said, I know, its Taco Bell.. but I think finding lettuce in my dessert was the final straw that brought this review to fruition because I can only imagine how messy that kitchen is, cross contamination is an absolute concern here.
