Taco burger bun was hard. The food quality is going down hill, while the prices rise. We used to eat at Taco shop at least once a week. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, so rest assured, this one was well deserved. If you’re just rushing through the drive thru, this probably won’t be your experience. As a dine in customer, though, it’s a different story. Staff yelling profanities is the norm, friendliness is out of the question, and chances of the lobby being open are 50/50 at best. Last visit, we arrived at 8:40. The lobby closes at 9:30. We were told that we could not eat inside because the lobby was closing in 50 minutes. Almost an HOUR before doors close. Tonight we arrived just after 7:30 to find a handwritten “lobby closed” note posted on the door. Look, I get that staff shortages happen and kids with no experience behind the counter deserve some grace. But this is ALL. THE. TIME. Only at the Webb Rd location. All I’m asking is that if you’re going to run your operation like the lobby doesn’t exist, close it up for good. I’ll suck it up and head to the ghetto if I know there’s zero chance of customer service inside this location. Order type: Dine in
