I had a really disappointing experience at the Taco Time drive thru on Friday night. I ordered dinner for my family after a long week, and unfortunately almost everything went wrong. The employee taking my order was short, unfriendly, and seemed irritated to be there. She rushed through everything, barely listened, and got parts of the order incorrect. I was then helped at the window by a kind younger gentleman who confirmed some items but not the full order. In hindsight I should have checked the bag, but I was exhausted and just wanted to get home with dinner. When I finally unpacked everything, the tostada wrap looked nothing like the menu photos. It was falling apart from poor assembly, with no care shown in preparation. I was charged for stuffed Mexi fries but only received a regular large Mexi fry. They also forgot the crisp meat burrito entirely (thankfully I was not charged for it). Overall, the food quality and accuracy were well below what I have come to expect from Taco Time. I called the location afterward to make a complaint. The supervisor I spoke with (I unfortunately did not catch her name) was condescending and assured me a manager would call me back. No one ever did. This experience left me pretty sad and frustrated. I will not be returning to this location in the future. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Took my mom in today for lunch and we received wonderful service from Desmond and Carrie. They got really busy while we were there and they still gave us amazingly kind service with smiles and we received delicious meals! Thank you both! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
