Absolutely the worse service at this location. Couldn't understand the girl at the speaker, sounded like she was laughing and talking to someone else, but finally got our order placed at the drive thru. Then at the window we paid, she handed us a drink we didn't order drinks, she took it back then handed us our bag. I immediately looked through to see if everything was there, of course not. Pulled around parked and went inside. There were 3 or 4 employees and a couple teenage customers all joking around, running and jumping in the store. Then asking where their churros were and the girl said hold on I will get them if you want them FREE so she was giving out free food to her friends!! There was a older lady that finally fixed our order and gave us our missing items that we paid for. But didn't say a word to the kids. Just disrespectful to all customers! We have ordered DOOR DASH from this location before as well and items were missing then too, NOW we know why!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I don’t usually go here because of all the mistakes I get with every order. But tonight I felt like getting Taco Bell, especially after horrible news of a close friends passing..well I was taking my time deciding what to order (my mind was somewhere else so couldn’t think right) and all I heard is one of the employees (male) complain saying they hate when people take long to order what are they ordering the whole menu? We were at the kiosk… my partner and I lost it and decided to go across the street to McDonald’s and give them service. horrible comment and Unnecessary. Be better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
