The other reviews must be farmed. The Beef was rubbery and tasteless. The bowl was filled with just rice and beans (no tomatoes, avocados, cilantro, bell peppers, etc, all of that was an extra cost). And on top of it all the bowl wasn’t very big, and was expensive at $20. Will not be going there again Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The best food in Dawson, hands down. I would eat here everyday, if not twice a day. The owner is Mexican and so friendly. He gave us hike recommendations and talked to us about his business. There’s a small salsa bar with delicious salsas and pickled onions, all free to add to your dish. Although not listed on the menu, La Taqueria can also make any of the dishes vegetarian friendly which is greatly appreciated. Don’t miss this gem! Note: there is a small bar inside for seating and a table outside as well. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
