Hi Tabatha, thank you so much for the love on our atmosphere and drinks! We're absolutely thrilled that you had enough time to enjoy several of our cocktails during your visit. We hate to hear that any part of your experience felt rushed, as that is truly the absolute last thing we ever want for our guests! To share a little behind-the-scenes context, our crafting experience takes around 45 minutes, and getting a group of three guests through fragrance selection and pouring naturally takes time. We had a private baby shower booked right at 2:00 PM. We always want to be careful not to let an earlier delay compromise the special milestone celebration of the expectant mother and her loved ones who arrived right on time for her big day. Regarding the fridge—we use a luxury coconut wax for our candles, which is a more expensive, high-quality wax that actually sets up incredibly fast. However, our team utilizes the fridge for most reservations just as a standard way of helping the candles set perfectly so they are easy to transport and you can decorate them beautifully before you leave. ️ We are so very sorry again that the timing felt a bit snug, and we truly appreciate your understanding of our tight weekend scheduling. For your next visit, definitely don't stress about parking—it is completely free on weekends all up and down High Street and Maxwell, and there is always plenty of free parking on Kentucky and around Woodland Park! We would absolutely love to welcome you back for a fully relaxed, on-time session in the future so we can spoil you properly!
