Stopped by for a slice of pizza and a cold drink. The young black woman was annoyed that she had a customer. I was looking at the choices of pizza and my wife grabbed a Dr Pepper. It was room temp. She asked if they had any cold ones and the black woman said no! I asked if they had ice? She rolled her eyes at me and said “I’m done” and walked away, refusing to serve us. I’m 52 years old and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had, period. I travel through Houston airport twice a month for work. I will NEVER buy a thing from Tagliare. I will also tell my coworkers who fly out of this airport about my experience and encourage them to avoid this place. If you hate your job, get another job. But this young “lady” should not be working with the public. I wish I could give negative stars!
