They can do a drink order no problem. Just don't order food, even to go. They took almost half an hour during a slow period for a bowl of ramen and they had the printout on the counter with 5 employees standing around. They then lied about why it took so long even after one employee told another one to make it and the employee said oops, her bad, she forgot. They kept looking at the slip they had after claiming the printer disconnected, but started working on bigger orders that came in afterwards with 3 employees clumped around the drink machines. The girl who ordered before me had to keep coming to the counter to get her food because hers wasn't done either. I would not go back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

I will not come back to this place again for the BBQ side. To pay a $190.00 bill and a 15% tip bringing the experience to $218.00 I was pissed! Being the first time coming to this restaurant the waiter made our whole experience suck her attitude was horrible clearly she hates working!! The little young waiter with the attitude should work washing dishes instead.. she threw our food at the corner of the table no communication at all, Throughout our experience. Made us wait along time to collect payment or even come back to our table. I will say the waiter made the experience horrible. The food was good and very filling. The restaurant is beautiful. This was for a big family outing never again. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This was my first time here and the food was not good. I ordered the chicken miso ramen noodles, one for me and one for my companion. I also ordered the chocolate milk tea and the vanilla milk tea. The broth was flavorless, the chicken was both flavorless and tough and the noodles were not as tasty as those you can buy in the grocery store. The chocolate milk tea was bland but the vanilla tea was better. For two orders of ramen noodles and two large milk teas, I paid $45. Not worth it. Save your money. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
