Absolutely my go to spot now if I'm craving Indian, Greek or Mexican... Yes I said Greek and Mexican too. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is even better. I cannot say enough good things about this spot. If you're Indian Food curious I highly suggest trying this place. They offer spiciness levels from zero up. My wife is not a spicy food fan and loves their Indian. Give it a try, you shouldn't be disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Finally tried this place and was very happy with it. We were greeted upon entry and given a choice of tables. We chose the large comfy armchairs. The beer selection was well priced although they did not have all items on the list. The waitress was kind although it is one of those places where someone else brings your food so it took a while for her to check on us. I got the lunch box special and received a lot of food for $12. The tikka masala was very flavorful. I got it as a 4 out of 10 on the spicy and that was not at all spicy. I might try a 6 next time. The naan was good but not amazing. The rest of my party got the gyro. They appreciated the homemade tzatziki sauce although would have liked it inside the gyro. On our way out we got a friendly goodbye but the employee was slumped over the front desk on his phone and with a toothpick in his mouth. We really appreciate your business and feedback. We are so excited for you to try a level 6 next time. I would like to know about the naan not being amazing. Just so you know you can get different flavors and stack your favorite toppings as well. The homemade tzatziki sauce has always been placed on the side with just a little inside. We do this so the bread does not get soggy because it is freshly prepared in a tandoor which is a clay oven. Next time, you dine in just make that request and we will handle the rest. We have implemented the way food does come out so that it can free up the server to better assist their tables. Taj Indian & Greek Restaurant in Dothan is a hidden gem! The place was very clean, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our waitress was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the menu — even though she’s only been there a few months, she made great recommendations. We tried a few dishes: • The butter chicken was very flavorful. We did a 7/10 spice level — just the right kick. • The tikka masala was rich and comforting, with a wonderful blend of spices. • The tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked: juicy, not dried out, and had a great smoky spice flavor. • And the naan bread — wow — it was fantastic and went so well with everything. Everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. I highly recommend the buffet — planning on coming back just for that next time. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.
