A spectacular gem of a small liquor bar where the owner really puts in tremendous love to the craft of both bartending and curating exceptional liquors. English friendly, just be patient and kind so you learn something ;) The operator is passionate and knowledgeable, this place is akin to a library and exceptional. Staying at a nearby hotel I went looking for a nightcap and some company. I was so glad I found Take Your Time. The Master is just that.... a great mixologist with an outstanding knowledge and stock of whiskey.For 30 minutes I was alone with him talking whiskey. He was most gracious and hospitable and paid me extra attention even when other customers arrived.Not to be missed!
