We visited for the first time with high expectations, but left feeling disappointed and confused by the overall experience. While the concept shows promise, the execution fell short, with flavours and textures that felt poorly balanced and at times incoherent. The mushroom mousse starter lacked structure entirely, and several of the Lappish tapas were overwhelmingly strong in flavour, particularly the artichoke, apple, and mushroom combination. The reindeer dish, served two ways, was one of the stronger elements and featured a pleasant sauce; however, the addition of the caramel sauce was unnecessary and excessively sweet, detracting from the dish rather than enhancing it. A more restrained accompaniment, such as local berries, would have been far more appropriate. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The restaurant has clear potential, but the flavour profiles and balance were significantly off during our visit. Price per person: €50+ Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
