We had lunch at Taku Sushi and it was such a treat! While it's situated on a busy street, it had a lovely and intimate ambiance. The service was extremely warm and friendly. We had one of the set menus and the sushi was delicious! It was such an enjoyable experience to watch Chef Mark carefully create each piece of sushi. My favourites were the toro, barracuda and prawn Some of the pieces had unique modern twists to them too, such as one that was topped with a Sakura flower & green onion and another with yuzu sauce. Highly recommend Taku Sushi if you're looking for a new omakase restaurant to try! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
