A well deserved 5 stars from Tom and I. Check out their breakfast! A very hospitable young lady served us. We will be making this place our local while we are here. Price per person: €10–15

Target is one of the places I grew up with in Samokov. But my last visit was extremely unpleasant. The waitress looked extremely young - she forgot to bring drinks, she didn't come back to say that there was none of their weekly dessert, and we waited for about 30 minutes (although she wrote everything down). Also, we waited for one of the mains for over 1 hour. The restaurant was not full at all (they came out of the kitchen to smoke every few minutes)! I was also unpleasantly disappointed after ordering from my favorite cheesecake - nothing to do with Target's trademark! Cinnamon Cookies and Too Sweet Custard. There were also discrepancies in the receipt and the menu, but it's not a pain to die for. I hope and wish that measures will be taken and that there will be an improvement on the next visit :) I wish you success and do not recommend. The harvest salad is still amazing.
