This is my first time dining at Tark's Grill and Bar and I was fascinated when I walked in. The restaurant is inside a shopping venue so I walked a bit to find the restaurant. I liked the bright courtyard area. I was the first one in my party to arrive and the hostess seated me right away. I liked where we were seated, away from the bar area but still close enough that I can see the bar and people coming in. Our server, Arlene, was fantastic. She saw me seated while I was waiting for my friends. The menu is extensive and was happy to have gotten there early to look everything over. I decided to get the seafood risotto which is pictured below. The risotto was good but I am salt sensitive and after a few bites, thought it was pretty salty, probably from all of the seafood. My friend who has been at Tark's before ordered the scallops since she said it was pretty good. I did enjoy the beets and burrata that another friend ordered. Very tasty! I would like to come back to try the other menu items. I did notice that they serve brunch on the weekend and lunch during the week.
