Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.We would like to clarify a few points, as your review does not reflect what actually happened.Firstly, the Salt & Pepper Chicken Combo is one of our Salt & Pepper dishes, not a stir-fry main course. All of our Salt & Pepper dishes are served in the same standard portion size, and the meal you received was exactly the same as what we serve to every customer. We understand that it may not have matched your expectations, but that does not make it misleading or a scam.Your order also included other dishes, yet your review focuses only on the Salt & Pepper Chicken Combo. You made no mention of the quality of the rest of your meal. We therefore feel it is unfair to describe our takeaway as “one of the worst Chinese takeaways” based on your opinion of just one dish.Regarding the free promotional offer, our website clearly states that customers must request their chosen free item when placing an order. This policy is in place because of food allergies and personal preference—we never assume what a customer would like. If you had requested the free spring rolls, they would have been included without any issue.When you called us, we explained both the portion size and the promotion policy. Despite your dissatisfaction, I personally delivered a large bottle of drink to your address as a gesture of goodwill. If your concern had genuinely been about the free spring rolls, you could simply have mentioned it during that phone call, and we would have happily provided them.At the end of our conversation, you told us that you would never order from us again, and my response was simply, “No problem.” We respect every customer’s right to choose where they order from.We always welcome honest feedback, but we also believe reviews should present the full picture. We stand by the quality and consistency of our food and the service we provided on this occasion.
