We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful detailed feedback you have given of your past experience and also thank you for showing your concern of the negative review bombing recently done by some crooks. To summarize the bunch of negative reviews you noticed; the order was placed by one guy with only 3 items Chicken 65, Mutton Haleem and a Biryani on a late Saturday night prior to our closing and then he calls on Sunday around 3:30 pm claiming that the biryani was not good at all and that he barely ate any. We told him that we had served many biryani that day including a catering event and the biryani we served him was from the same batch and it is highly doubtful that the biryani was not good. He must have stored the biryani overnight at room temperature as he claimed that he was staying in a hotel and may have wanted to eat in the afternoon and found to be not good next day. When we explained the same thing to him over the phone; he threatened that he will do negative review bombing from multiple google accounts of his and will also dispute with his credit card company towards the charge of his order which was barely around fifty dollars if we didn’t compensate him back. The placed order of only 3 items which could feed 2 people has impacted 14 people which in itself is a joke and a lie at the same time as many of the Google profiles of the negative reviews given reveals their location from United States, Ontario, Pakistan and India. To put some sense into the scenario of negative experience; how come an order of 3 items ordered on a Saturday late night in Edmonton impacted so many people magically around so many places by Sunday late afternoon. This simply reveals they are a bunch of conniving people who want to sabotage the fame and reputation of a small family owned local business. We are very fortunate that we have esteemed loyal patrons such as you and many others who care for us genuinely and support us on a regular basis and the bogus reviews left by some crooks do not matter to us at all as we believe in hard work and sincerity. We are very thankful to you for suggesting many of your favourite dishes which for sure will lure other customers to give a try and become their favourites. Our foundation of work ethics is always to make sure what customer really want from us when it comes to spice levels, flavours etc and we always try our best to come up to their expectations. We highly encourage you to please give your feedback once again since you are trying us after a while due to the distance of the restaurant.
