I went to the store to try a new place, and was really impressed with the selections of drinks and snacks. I tried a matcha boba and it tasted very good. The register was really nice and treated me very well (Sameera, I think her name was, sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions. She was very sweet and took her time assisting me. The store is really inviting and I'll be coming back again :)

The customer service is so bad. The young girls working at the front give the blankest stares as if they’re being held captive. I’m like is everything okay? Most boba shops have really great customer service with really friendly workers, but each time I come here i’m shocked and how dull the environment is. Hopefully they can change this so that this place has a more welcoming environment because my friends and I have all felt the same way

I am very sorry to hear that you had experience poor customer service. We will train our staff again letting them know how important customer service. I’m not usually a bubble tea person, but Teahouse completely changed my mind. Their boba tea was refreshingly clean, not overly sweet, and honestly tasted kind of wholesome in the best way. You can adjust the sweetness level, which is perfect if you’re like me and don’t enjoy sugary drinks. Even as someone who typically avoids boba, I’d definitely come back for this :)
