Not having much experience with Indian food, my party and I did not know what to expect. What we found was that the food was phenomenal! The rice was perfectly cooked and it's texture was so fluffy. While the Butter Chicken was delicious, my favorite was the Palak Chicken, it was all so tender and seasoned perfectly. For dessert I have their rice pudding (Kheer) and I inhaled it, it wasn't overly sweet and milky, the floral tastes was not what I expected, I look forward to having it again and I'll absolutely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I stopped by Taste of India because it recently opened in Lakeland and I wanted to try it. Let me start by saying the owner is incredibly nice and attentive. He is able to answer any questions about the menu and he offers recommendations of which dishes pair well together. He prepares your food hot and fresh. I ordered garlic naan bread and because it was my first time, he provided a sample of vegetable paneer. Both were very delicious! I am usually sensitive to spice but the heat level was perfect, and the combination of flavors were palatable. I would highly recommend! I plan on going back and inviting my friends. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
