I have given Tina's multiple goes, as I wanted to love them so bad. Drinks are great and creative. Unfortunately, I have had multiple bad experiences with service here. The first one was just an overall miscommunication. My girlfriends and I had never been there, and we noticed they had seats available outside. We had no idea it was a reservation system place and thought it was a traditional place orders at the bar vibe. Totally our bad. Hostess checked in with us and we apologized and got up to leave. She said no worries, brought us water, and told us we were welcome to stay. Only AFTER we received our first drink order did she inform us the next reservation was 15 minutes away. Never mentioned this prior to ordering, leaving us to chug and pay. The whole thing just felt weird, especially when we had apologized and offered to leave. I chalked it up to a miscommunication and gave them another go. At least twice, with only 2 other people in my party, service was slow and the waitress seemed like she couldn't be bothered to grab our next drink or the check. We typically had to flag someone down. Tina's is by no means a cheap dive and the service doesn't match the price point at all. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This use to be a great bar. Last night we had a reservation for 8:30 and by 10:20 the hostess informed us we had to leave because another party was scheduled to take our table. You’re just a number and a dollar amount to these people Edit: just because it’s Tina’s policy to cap your stay to two hours doesn’t make it right. It’s anti-consumerist, nothing respectful about it. Price per person: $90–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello Janks, Thank you for your reservation. It is stated in our reservation system that all seating is subject to a 2 hour visit. Our friendly reminder of this was to ensure that the next guests desire to visit us was respected. Just as yours was.

We have long loved Tina's, but now that they have a full course dinner option, it has truly become one of the premier spots in the burgh for a night out. It was our last night in Pittsburgh before moving to another city and our server Ben provided us with a guided experience through our dinner and drinks. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the evening, including a surprise amaro related to where we were moving, that I nearly broke down. Hard to imagine a better dinner and drinks experience. Please give this place a go if you get the chance. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
