We really enjoyed the evening. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and a peaceful atmosphere. The 7-course menu was very creative and prepared with great care. Each course told a story. An all-around exceptional experience at Telezzüz in Istanbul. We had the pleasure of enjoying a 7-course menu, complemented by a prelude, interlude, and epilogue—all based on the monthly theme “The Seven Deadly Sins.” Each course was not only perfectly balanced in flavor but also creatively and thoughtfully interpreted to reflect its respective “sin.” It was fascinating to see how the chef managed to translate such an abstract theme into culinary form. A special highlight: every dish was vegan—and executed at the highest level. The ambiance also perfectly rounded off the evening: calm, stylish, and very pleasant. Overall, an unforgettable experience—highly recommended! Price per person: ₺400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: All-Vegan Restaurant, and the dishes are delicious even for non-vegan guests.

A vegan restaurant set within a beautiful grove, with no parking issues — you’re conveniently transported from the parking area to the restaurant by buggy. We tried the tasting menu, paired with accompanying wines, and it was an extraordinary experience. The menu was surprisingly filling, the service was excellent, and the team was incredibly warm and welcoming. Each dish was presented with its own story, which made the experience even more special.
