Temple Point is fantastic! The location is great, incredibly clean and the food is amazing! The chef Florian was brilliant. What made our stay the most was the staff and how friendly everyone was. Especially Hector the operations manager who went out of his way numerous times to make our stay truly memorable, and it absolutely worked! We hope to back soon. What a paradise! This place truly offers a unique experience. We received a warm and heartfelt welcome at the beginning, along with a great explanation of the facilities and services. From the moment we arrived until the very end, we were treated exceptionally well - we’ve never experienced service quite like this before. All the staff here are amazing and took looking after us, and everyone else, to the next level. We were truly spoiled - they constantly made sure we had something to eat and drink. We were allocated an amazing boutique room with the most beautiful view. Our room was very well maintained; we always had fresh bottled water, the bed was made, and the towels were changed regularly. Around the pool and the private beach, towels are available for the sun loungers, and the staff make sure everything is always tidy. We needed to get some medicine during our stay, and the staff even helped arrange and order it for us. We also tried the spa and had a lovely massage and body scrub, followed by a relaxing time with some coconut snacks and fizz at the end. The monkeys are a bit cheeky and sometimes steal from the breakfast buffet, but it’s amazing to see them so close - sometimes only a few metres away. Truly an unforgettable experience. The location is perfectly designated hence quiet and so green.. the mangroves accentuate the views so well and the staff’s attention to detail when placing orders was top! Anthony was kind enough to show us around and give us some insight on Temple Point Service: 5
