I've seen some unfavorable reviews, but it's generally delicious. Rich soy sauce regular 860 yen, fish powder 50 yen. I ordered abura and aburi according to my preference. The amount of garlic that comes in by default is sufficient. Fishmeal is given in small bottles. I like the texture of Tenjiro's noodles. Although it doesn't exist on the menu, it's a noodle that you'll want to try with tsukemen and kamazesoba. Abra is also delicious when eaten with vegetables. The melt-in-your-mouth texture and flavor are irresistible. I think the grilled pork was quite good. I thought it would be better if it was a little thicker. Once you've eaten about half way through, try adding fish meal for a different taste. It's a small bottle, so you can use as much as you want. However, the scent of fishmeal was a little overpowering against the strong flavor of the soup. I personally like fishmeal, so whenever I find it on a ticket vending machine, I order it at any store. I took about 3 bites of the slightly emulsified soup and left the restaurant. PS: Looks like Mazesoba is on the menu. I would like to try it next time.
