Hi Ozan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take food hygiene very seriously and have reviewed the CCTV following your visit. From what we observed, a member of staff accidentally dropped the tongs while attempting to open a bag of burger buns. She immediately recognised this and placed the tongs aside rather than continuing to use them. Unfortunately, while focusing on opening the bag, it appears she momentarily forgot that the tongs have fallen, which understandably created concern. The staff member has acknowledged that the situation was not handled correctly, and we sincerely apologise for the impression we gave. This is not representative of our usual standards, and we have reminded the team of the correct procedures to follow in situations like this. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us maintain the standards our customers expect.
