I celebrated my graduation in this estate and everything was perfect: the location for 10, very varied and excellent food, very good wines and cocktails, kind and professional catering staff

NEVER AGAIN. WASTED MONEY, ZERO SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE ARRIVAL INTO THE ROOM: No kind of welcome. Abandoned room. A simple: "Welcome, I'll accompany you and wish you a good evening, like everywhere else. NOTHING AT ALL. It's true we arrived late and I understand (up to a certain point) that may cause inconvenience, but the ceremony lasted longer than expected and we called to warn them and is such a structure not prepared to handle these situations? SERVICE Food was thrown onto plates 10 minutes apart even if one still had the previous one on the plate. -The children were brought a "schnitzel" which was poor quality Esselunga spinach (maybe I should say EUROSPIN). -The chips were supposed to be fried, but they didn't even have the will to make them. They gave them the boiled ones from the adult menu that were already ready. FOOD Reheated dishes, miserable and without a minimum of decorum or accuracy. A piece of cheese thrown on the plate, which in the worst of trattorias would have been presented in a better way. CAKE In an hour we had already finished and 10 minutes later they bring the cake (always in a hurry) DO NOT CHOOSE THEIR CAKE they will tell you that they have no photos available to see... because they are EMBARRASSING. A bare cake with a completely random writing: good co mu ni O Ne(WRITTEN EXACTLY LIKE THIS IN SYLLABLES DIVIDED BY STRIPES OF CREAM) MONEY ONLY INTEREST, THEN CARELESS FOR THE CUSTOMER. So much accuracy in talking about money, instant bank transfers BEFORE THE EVENT... SO WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A RECEIPT. We understood later why there was so much attention and concern in making people pay first, probably anyone after such a service would NOT have paid the amount, because it was absolutely NOT up to ANYTHING. Everyone is good at taking money, but you have to provide a service worthy of that money. In any bar, trattoria, even Japanese restaurant the welcome, management and presentation would have been better. END OF THE EVENING -We were supposed to leave the room at 1, and at twenty past midnight while the child was opening the presents the lights were even TURNED OFF right where the gift table was. - Before leaving the room we wanted to politely say goodbye only to then realize that the estate had been ABANDONED BY EVERYONE. There was NO ONE left. (Which is why I had to go back to pick up some of my stuff). I bet if we had paid there would have been someone to say hello afterwards. REPORT The money was taken and the service IN EVERY POINT OF VIEW was terrible and truly disappointing. Words go around for thinking that people are fools and are fooled right from the start: -A room that was first available for our event, then not, then yes, then no. -After payment has already been partially made, we show up in the room to communicate the menu: of 5 first courses to choose from, we are told that 1 of the two we chose was not possible. Excluding the only slightly more particular choice on the menu. -First we were told that there would be a minimum background or that we could bring a flash drive, then there were 300 euros more to pay. In short, for some a wedding is their special day but also a communion of 30 people is a special day for those who celebrate it and therefore deserves respect, attention and care. Especially if he paid you dearly and was way too polite after all that. This is MIDING PEOPLE AND THEIR MONEY. Otherwise you directly said that for 30 people you didn't want to stay awake and work. We would have chosen any other place, we would have saved and we would have been looked after better. FINAL TEASON: They said they would contact us again and even schedule two appointments given everything listed above and guess what? GONE. NO ONE HAS BEEN HEARD, IT'S YOUR CONCLUSION IF THIS IS SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM. MONEY WASTED ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED THE WORST ESTATE WHERE WE HAVE BEEN FOR THE TREATMENT RECEIVED.
