Tried to take my mum here for lunch today, it was her 80th birthday, she is in a wheelchair and has a small assistance dog. The dog is legally recognised as an assistance dog, but we were refused entry. No other cafe/restaurant in Glebe has refused us entry. The owners need to brush up on their knowledge of assistance dogs. It was an awful experience for my poor mother. It is actually illegal to refuse entry to a disabled person and their dog.
