I had a quick overnight stay but was very happy woth service from the reception staff, a very clean and spacious room. Shower worked well, a small kitcheb space with microwave and kettle that was ideal. Bed was super comfy, and room was surprisingly quiet, despite being quite near a main road. Didnt hear any traffic noise from my room. Would definitely stay here again. Service: 5

I was charged $58 for a dinner I did not order or consume. When I raised the issue, I found the response unsatisfactory and the matter was not resolved at checkout as it could have been. I encourage future guests to carefully review their invoices before leaving. I hope management improves their billing transparency and customer communication. Service: 1
