A really nice place for brunch. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and friendly. They have a great selection of breakfast and brunch dishes, from lighter and healthier options to more generous, protein-filled meals. There are also different choices of bacon and sausages, including chicken, beef, and pork, making it easier for everyone to find something suitable. You can also customise your meal with extra portions or add-ons. The food is fresh and delicious, and the juices are freshly pressed. The pancakes and crêpes are okay, but I especially loved that they bring the whole Nutella pot, so you can add as much as you like. The drinks are decent overall, although they could be improved as some lack flavour. A lovely spot for breakfast, brunch, or even lunch. I went there today and asked for a table for my family. The restaurant was not even full capacity , There were only 3 table that were occupied. It was around 11.45. Lunch time. The lady at the till told us that ‘ca va prendre du temps’ (ie. It will take some time). - a way to tell us not to eat here in a ‘diplomatic’ way. Well, if u don’t want to work, then fine. We will definitely not come eat there to eat after being put off by this attitude. Whats the point of managing a restaurant that you can’t cater for more than 3 tables of customers, esp. on a sunday at lunch time. Service: 1

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés si notre accueil vous a donné cette impression, ce n’était absolument pas notre intention. Tous nos plats sont préparés frais à la commande. Le dimanche, à l’heure du déjeuner, le temps d’attente peut donc être un peu plus long. Notre équipe préfère prévenir nos clients à l’avance plutôt que de leur faire attendre sans explication. Food is the main issue here. I’ve seen other comments about long wait times, but the staff clearly tells you the expected wait (X minutes) before you order, so you can decide upfront, and the kitchen is very small and visible from the seating area, so longer prep times are understandable. I ordered the Terrace Chicken Sandwich, Avocado Toast, and Immunity Booster, and unfortunately all three were disappointing (2/10). The avocado toast had only about three very thin, small slices of avocado (not ripe), and although I requested the eggs well done, they arrived runny; I didn’t send it back because I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. The immunity booster had many large chunks, which made the texture unpleasant and the taste hard to enjoy, more like something to eat with a spoon than a drink. The Terrace Chicken Sandwich (takeaway) was the worst part, as the chicken had an off smell and I ended up discarding it shortly after leaving. Overall, I get the impression this may be an operational limitation rather than a lack of effort from the staff, because with such a small kitchen and limited working space it’s likely difficult to consistently deliver good-quality food. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points, as some information in your review is not accurate. First, food quality is not a “main issue” at our restaurant, as reflected by our consistent 4-star rating on Google and the feedback from many regular customers. Regarding the setting, part of our restaurant is open-air, while another section is covered. This is clearly visible on site and part of the experience we offer. When you ordered, our team clearly informed you in advance that there would be a wait time, and you agreed to proceed with the order knowing this. For the avocado toast, we did not serve “three thin slices of avocado.” We use half a fresh avocado prepared as guacamole, along with additional avocado pieces. This is our standard recipe. Concerning the chicken sandwich, the chicken was prepared fresh the same morning, and all our dishes are cooked to order. We take food safety and freshness very seriously, and an off smell is not something that reflects our preparation standards. As for the Immunity Booster, it is made with fresh fruits and vegetables, which naturally results in a thicker texture. It is designed to be nutritious rather than watery. We respect that personal taste can vary, but we believe it is important to present the facts accurately.
