Such a great experience here! It was our first time dining at Terrain cafe and we loved it! Our server Vitaliy was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful! The shakshuka was delicious and the bread baked in a terracotta pot served with poppyseed butter was such a cute and creative dish. We also loved strolling through the gift shop afterwards. Would come again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I had the most wonderful time here with my best friends and boyfriend! We had the server, Diana, at the bar top area, and everything was impeccable that day—from her service to the atmosphere and the short wait time for a busy weekend brunch! I highly recommend anyone go here if you love homemade foods all made from scratch with locally sourced cheeses (from Doe Run farm), vegetables (Del Val Farm), etc. The wine is also so amazing. I also loved visiting the gardens and shop so much. I can't wait to come back tomorrow night for a dinner date. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dined here for Easter brunch with my family, the restaurant was beautiful and I totally loved the atmosphere. We had reservations and were sat down promptly to our table. After being seated for a little while it came time to order drinks and appetizers, we ordered a few lemonades and ice teas (which were great) and some French fries for the table, very simple request. The waiter brought out our drinks with some bread after a decent wait, with no fries. Someone in my party had been to Terrain before and said the wait times were long so I thought they were just running a bit behind since it was Easter. A good 20 minutes later they brought out all of our food, with no fries. In that 20 minutes we watched our waiter back and forth multiple times to 3 tables, neglecting ours completely while we sat there with empty waters. My Coffee Braised Short Rib was not great. The cut of meat was terribly fatty, and it was somehow overcooked. My party members enjoyed their food more than I but, found it nothing special. I also tried the rhubarb cheesecake, it was light but lacked richness. Overall disappointed in the service, and the food was subpar.
