Habiendo reservado hace un mes y medio para hoy 15 de mayo a las 21:30, me llaman a las 20:30 diciéndome que mi reserva quedaba cancelada porque había un evento SÚPER importante, Entiendo que exista la posibilidad de un evento así pero no comprendo que avisen una hora antes de mi reserva, ya que para mí también era importante esta fecha y en ese lugar. Conclusión: una falta de profesionalidad infinita y una empatía con el cliente nula. Muchas suerte, la necesitaréis. Volveremos a Roma pero aquí desde luego no llamaremos. En primero lugar la cena fue un desastre, los platos prácticamente incomestibles, no tenían ni cubiteras para mantener el vino frío después de pagar un menú de 160 por persona. Por si fuera poco, el camarero Andrea nos agredió verbalmente simplemente por comentarle que la cena había sido un desastre. No se ha disculpado ni el hotel se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros ya que también somos huéspedes para darnos algún tipo de solución por lo ocurrido. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Cester,Firstly, we would like to thank you for choosing The Independent Hotel in Rome for your visit to the Eternal City.We are sorry to read that the "New Years Eve Dinner" experience did not meet your service expectations on this occasion.Tried in every way to apologize for the mistake on the quality of the service, during your stay and at the time of check out by offering you drinks on the terrace, dinner at our Diana's Bistrot and finally our endless apologies.Unfortunately, in agreement with our management, as there are no conditions necessary for a refund, in addition to the free bottle of wine we have already deleted on your dinner bill, the two sended in the room , finally there is nothing else we can do.Our main goal in day-to-day business is to make sure our guests are satisfied and to leave the hotel bringing with them a positive experience and of course we are very sorry that you did not feel well looked after. We take all guest comments seriously as they lead us to take corrective action to get closer to our privileged guests and their needs.We truly hope that you will grant us the opportunity to regain your trust with us and to make amends for your recent disappointment on a future occasion. El peor error para celebrar fin de año. Elegimos este restaurante por estar alojados en el hotel. Qué gran error!! Noche de fin de año… reserva de hace más de 1 mes 160€/p. Pido una botella de vino y no hay sitio, toda la cena sirviéndome el vino con la botella en el suelo. Pedí 2 copas de champán a las 00:01 para celebrar el fin de año con mi mujer, en 30 minutos no me las sirvieron, y me marché del lugar. Me persiguió un camarero llamado ANDREA reclamándome por “no estar contento con el servicio” y quería pelear conmigo a golpes. El jefe del local, Ricardo pidió disculpas muchas veces tanto a mí como a mi mujer, por supuesto no es suficiente y me encargaré que nadie vuelva a sufrir lo mismo, mucho menos en la noche de fin de año. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+
