We do not provide water bottles because you can use the tap water to drink and make coffee.• Microwave Issue: Our sincerest apologies for this. We would have been more than happy to heat your food in the kitchen. • Breakfast Frustration: Our apologies that this was not communicated however we deem commenting on the looks of our staff unnecessary.• Questionable Treatment by Reception Staff: Our staff are from all parts of the world and we would never mistreat somebody due to ethnicity.
