Muchos de sus clientes comentan que los camareros sirven aquí unos corrientes sándwiches. Tal y como una serie de usuarios afirman, su café latté es bastante estupendo. Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de este café, ya que es famoso por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Pagarás unos precios asequibles para el sabor y el ambiente que te ofrecen. Es un estupendo lugar con una espectacular atmósfera. Pero Tesco Cafe ha recibido una valoración por debajo de la media en Google.

Way back you could order what you wanted, like two fry eggs ,three bacon, beans, mushrooms, fry bread,but its set meals now which has put me off going to the cafe. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £1–10 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Lovely staff, good food... but absolutely rubbish customer liaison from Tesco's! Since the refurbishment (which has caused loads of confusion for staff and customers) it has not been possible to get club card point credited at the new order point machines. The staff have tried to help, but even when you type in the club card number, the machines don't recognise the number. So we asked the store manager, who gave us the Club Card help line number... they were very unhelpful and blamed Tesco Credit Card, so we rang Tesco Credit Card and, although apologetic, they couldn't help either and suggested that we visit the in store Customer Service and get over 200 points credited back... Great plan, however, the Cafe receipts do not have a bar code... so, although the person on Customer Service was really lovely, she couldn't help us. It's a classic... one part of Tesco blaming another part and no one taking responsibility for sorting out this issue which has only arisen because Tesco "upgraded" to self service ordering tills. Terrible service from Tesco. What's really sad is that, in the past, Tesco technology has always been really well thought through and implemented very well... this has been a complete disaster from a customer perspective! So, after over an hour on the phone and various visits to the store we are no further forward... Please sort this out as a matter of urgency for your "valued" customers - if that's what Tesco thinks their customers are!?! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
