Very disappointed with Tesla Coffee sekarang. Balik kampung excited nak beli coffee sebab dulu pernah beli Tesla Coffee, but tried it again today seriously rasa coffee tak sedap and cair sangat. Even packaging dulu dengan sekarang pun jauh beza. Harga mahal but straw pakai macam pasar malam punya Can clearly see the difference from the pictures before and now. Please read customers’ reviews properly and improve your service and food quality. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly quite disappointed with my experience at Teslah Coffee . I drove almost 40 minutes to come here because I genuinely wanted to support a local Malay business, but the overall experience was really turning me off. KALAU BOLEH TAKNAK KASI BINTANG. From the moment we arrived, the staff were not friendly at all and the service felt very cold and unwelcoming. When we entered, we were told that the only food available was ayam gepuk and even that came without the usual sides like gajus. Then when ordering drinks, many items were unavailable. Lemon tak ada, certain drinks tak ada, and even desserts were already sold out although it was only around 1PM. It honestly felt like too many things were unavailable for such an early time. Kedai fully-air conditioner tapi ada lalat banyak, panasss and even, STAFF LALU DEPAN CUSTOMER YANG TENGAH TUNGGU MAKANAN NI BERKAKI AYAM SAMBIL PEGANG A PAIR OF SPORT SHOES MASUK KITCHEN??!!! What disappointed me the most was the service attitude. When we decided to pack our food instead, the staff just placed the food in front of us without any friendliness or basic courtesy. No “thank you,” no response back, nothing. The whole interaction felt rude and insincere. Really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be coming again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: RM 20–40
