I have been here several times now and it's always tasty! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. I love that everything is made to order, it takes a little longer, but it's worth it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went here against my better judgement as this chain in general has declined significantly - and oh boy was I proven correct yet again. I ordered Beef Pad See Ew with Extra Sauce as its almost always dry otherwise (this was confirmed and charged for). When I had gotten home and viewed my food, pictured is what I received. Colorless slimy noodles. This chain no longer cooks the sauce into the noodles, so I figured it must be pooled at the bottom. I decided to throw the noodles in a pan and cook it to my liking, just to discover and confirm there was barely any sauce there to cook. $21 for this is absolutely robbery. Won't be back, I'm tired of trying with this chain and this specific location. I've seen the copy/paste response to negative reviews and will fill out the additional survey with the exact same info above. Food: 1

My grandson and I had a lovely take out dinner last night from Thai Express. A very nice gentleman named Hemant prepared our food after helping me decide what to order.We ordered the food spicy and indeed it was. Also very delicious. the restaurant itself is very pleasant..nicely decorated and clean.Im sure it won’t be our last visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
