We’re sorry for the confusion, but we want to clarify an important point for anyone reading this review: we do not control Apple Maps or the way another restaurant’s listing is linked on their platform. If the website you were trying to access for the Thai Kitchen in Childress, Texas redirected you to our website and allowed you to place an order with our Louisiana location, that is an issue with the listing/link associated with the Childress restaurant, not something our business created or controls. We would strongly recommend contacting the Thai Kitchen in Childress and/or Apple Maps directly to have their listing and website link corrected. We have no ability to edit another business’s Apple Maps listing or determine where Apple directs customers searching for a different restaurant. When you called us, we explained that the order had been placed with our location and that we had already received and prepared the order. As a small family business, we cannot simply refund an order that was accidentally placed with us because of an incorrect third-party listing. Calling this “fraud” is a serious accusation and is completely inappropriate. We did not trick you into ordering from our restaurant, nor did we create or control the Apple Maps listing that caused your confusion. We understand that this was frustrating, but the appropriate solution is to contact your local restaurant.

I’m sorry you feel that way about your experience. You are absolutely entitled to your opinion, and we respect that everyone can have a different perspective and experience. That being said, I don’t believe it’s necessary to engage in an argument or go back and forth over the situation by having someone else leave a negative review or change a previous review to make yourselves look better. We do our best to address concerns as they come up and treat every customer with respect and professionalism.
