Efficient and easy; relatively fair priced.
Nice flavour albeit a tad too oily.
Service was friendly
So I went in here to satisfy my cravings but alas I was disappointed!
I reached at around 3.15 pm, well after the lunch rush and there was only one person waiting to collect their order.
Since I've been told to stay off bean sprouts, I requested the staff taking my to hold them off. Strangely she just kept repeating how much money I owed for my order. I repeated my request again only to hear her repeat the cost of my order. Feeling embarrassed I paid and waited for my order.
It took a good 20 mins for my takeaway to come but I didn't mind thinking it was being made fresh. I also saw that they had packed the soup and noodles separately which was a big tick.
But the good ended there.
The noodle box when opened looked to contain the noodles and the toppings so I went ahead and poured the soup to start eating. The soup tasted very mild and watered down without the usual Tom yum goodness. Considering the time it took to come out I wasn't expecting this.
But the biggest shocker came when I was mixing up the ingredients, to find a whole bunch of sprouts hidden below the noodles! U can see this in the pic attached. thankfully its not like I am allergic to them or something but it ain't fun to fish it out of your food.
Even before this I've had average experience with this franchise in other outlets but this is the height. Don't think will be returning again ever.
