Fuimos a cenar y nos gustó mucho. El camarero era de India, fue super amable con nosotros, porque nos costaba expresarnos en inglés y nos ayudó muchísimo. Del servicio solo diré que lo encontré un poco lento. La comida muy buena y el local muy bonito. Recomendable. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20

Really good atmosphere and great staff and amazing food . Sitting at the bar, it was super nice to see all the amazing cocktails being prepared while waiting for our food (they all look amazing and delicious by the way ). We were served with Kritartha who was really caring and helpful to guide us in our order. Highly recommend to come here ! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

I recently visited Thamel Edinburgh and had a very disappointing experience. We only ordered a small meal—one curry with paratha, one tandoori roti, a Kingfisher beer, and a mango lassi—and the total came to around £35, which felt extremely expensive for what we received. The food itself was very poor. The curry lacked flavor and didn’t taste fresh. The tandoori roti was extremely hard and dry, more like a papad than proper bread, and was difficult to eat. After eating, both of us actually started feeling uncomfortable and uneasy, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the food quality, taste, and pricing were all very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. I hope the restaurant seriously improves its food quality and standards. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £30–40
