It would have earned itself very easily 5 stars, had it not encountered fierce competition from similar businesses, which offer a broader choice, bigger variety, cheaper prices, better service, tastier options, promotions. The Bakery is still a privileged destination for many people, and it's understandable that people have preferences. All being said, it's a big name on the market and this is a good leverage point. Hopefully, with a couple of promotions and good marketing, it'll make it to 5 stars.
