I was refused service because I didn't have my ID with me. While I'm 30 years old and found the request surprising, I fully respect the employee's right to ask for identification and accepted the decision, and left. What I don't understand is that after I left the store and abandoned the purchase, the friend who had been with me returned a few minutes later and purchased the exact same items that hadnt even been put away yet, off the cash counter, without issue. My concern isn't being asked for ID—it's the inconsistent application of policy. If the original refusal was justified, why was the sale allowed moments later? I would appreciate clarification from management.

This store is not big, however, you'll be able to get your regular bears. Based on the size, I suspect that there might be broader brands you won't be able to find here. Anyways, drink responsibly! Cheers.
