First time visiting a Big Biscuit location and y’all are now on in the restaurant rotation for me. It’s not often that I get greeted immediately but this place welcomed me and my family in like it was an honor that we arrived. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu and trust me, we asked a lot of questions. Food came out fast and very hot! Loved every single aspect of this place and will be recommending to everyone. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bacon is my favorite. I like mine extra extra crispy deep fried. Came out cooked wrong but let us keep those and cooked it the way I like it and gave me 2 extra pieces. All the food was delicious except the sausage patties. They was way over cooked one even curled up. The unsweetened tea is delicious. French toast really good. Bisquit was ok. Our server Alonso was great. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

At 9am the restaurant was over half empty on a Saturday, and now I know why. Our hostess sat us and was very pleasant. That’s where it ended. We sat there for over 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. No, hey I’ll get your drink order in a few, nothing. 2 families were seated after us and already had drinks and our server had yet to even greet us. We walked out after 2 servers accumulated around the hostess’s chatting with nothing to do. This sadly wasn’t our first bad experience but it will be our last. For mediocre food your service should be better to make up for it. Great news though! We went to Village Inn, we were seated even though they were full and had food quicker than the time we waited at the big biscuit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
