We thought the lunch was delicious. However after paying the bill we realised we had been over charged. I should have asked for an itemised account. A phone call identified the problem. The wine order had not been changed. I was surprised that the still water cost $5. Never before have I been charged for tap water and I actually think it's unlawful. The service was excellent and we left a tip but I probably won't go back. Ann. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$80–100

We held a 70th birthday party at the Butter Factory Restaurant. Lovely food and atmosphere. The service was fabulous. When it was time for the cake to come out, it was delivered with the staff singing Happy Birthday. What a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend it for an important event. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $80–100

Thank you Butter Factory for your excellent service on booking, staff services and how we were able to individually pay (cash) for our lunch meals at Pa’s birthday celebration on Saturday !
