I'm not happy with the cake bakers at all. they gave me a totally different cake to what I had ordered and payed 75 pound for. my little girl was very upset we had saved up to get her a decent cake. I will never forget the look of disappointment on her face. if you want to check out my fb page abigail larcen. then you can see the photographs of the cake I ordered and the shambles of a cake. that's my partner. cake number 1 is what I ordered and payed 75 and I got cake number 2. the cake was left in a conservatory aswell and it had started to slant and there was waffles missing on top. my little girl was gutted. thanks for reading.

I won’t put the video of my grandma receiving it, we got afternoon tea I picked it up this morning. I want to say thank you it’s absolutely gorgeous and my grandma is amazed by it and so happy. My grandad doesn’t get to go out and we’ve been able to bring them something they can both enjoy together and the same quality you would get going out! Brilliant service, great communication thank you so much xx

My sons birthday, he lives in Liverpool I live Berkshire, contacted the cake factory via FB to see if they could make 24 cupcakes for his 23rd and were they able to deliver to his works. Wanted to surprise him and have plenty for him to share . Holly answered very quickly and was so helpful ! She asked what he was into. Music is his passion . Totally captured this, cakes were made from scratch, delicious toppings and icing discs with guitars, music notes ... looked amazing and my son said it made his day to receive them and am told they were delicious! Fantastic quality cakes and service. Thank you so much. Alison
