Reserve con unos amigos una mesa para comer juntos, nos cobraron un dinero para poder reservar la mesa (lo cual es normal y lo pagamos con gusto), este dinero de las reservas siempre la devuelven a la tarjeta o lo restan en la cuenta, como no lo vimos preguntamos, a lo cual nos responden de mala forma que ese dinero ellos no lo devuelven y simplemente lo cobran por reservar una mesa, es ilógico que cobren por reservar una mesa cuando el restaurante está vacío. buen lugar para visitar con familia y amigos o pareja ambiente tranquilo y agradable precios accesibles y la comida es total mente vegana hamburguesas y pizzas quesadillas más postres deliciosos no hay alcohol pero el ambiente es muy agradable

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at The Caves, primarily because of how the situation was handled by management. When we were being seated, the manager told us we could sit in the front and would be moved to a booth in about 25 minutes. We agreed and were completely fine with waiting based on what we were told. After being seated, however, two different servers approached us and gave us completely different information, including that the wait would actually be about an hour. Meanwhile, the manager continued telling us it was a slow night and that we would be taken care of shortly. When a booth finally became available, the manager came over to move us himself. He didn't greet us or explain anything—he simply began picking up and moving our belongings from the table without saying a word. When we expressed our frustration about the conflicting information and lack of communication, instead of acknowledging that there had clearly been a miscommunication among the staff, the manager became passive-aggressive, condescending, and belittling. He repeatedly made it seem as though we were at fault for being frustrated about the wait, when our frustration was never simply about waiting—it was about being told multiple different things and then being treated poorly for questioning it. We would have had no issue waiting if we had been given an accurate wait time from the beginning. What made the experience so disappointing was the lack of organization, communication, and especially the way the manager chose to speak to us rather than simply acknowledging the misunderstanding and trying to resolve it professionally.
