Flavourful dishes, generous portions, great menu variety, superb service. We had the diane steak, parmesan herbs crusted chicken, and factory chopped salad. Each dish was executed to perfection. We couldn’t finish the plates, so we packed them to go. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

One of my favorite restaurants ever!! Very big menu, a lot of choices to choose from. Very nice atmosphere with the dim lighting, and amazing staff as always. Cheesecake Factory is a family favorite at this point, very big dishes so don’t over order. Don’t miss out on the complimentary Brown Bread with butter its sooo good. & i will forever keep returning only to have the BBQ chicken salad it’s so yummy They celebrate with their yummy cheesecake, the staff gathers and celebrates with the table and a candle so cute. Will never stop coming here! Its a bit pricey but so special and so delicious!! The big portions explain the price. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 80–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

⸻ I visited The Cheesecake Factory today and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and surprisingly it wasn’t busy, which made the whole visit more pleasant. The menu is extensive—almost overwhelming—but in a good way. There’s a wide variety of options, and the dishes I tried were well-prepared, flavorful, and came in very generous portions. It’s definitely the kind of place where sharing works well. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and quick without being intrusive. It genuinely elevated the experience. The cheesecake, as expected, lives up to the reputation—rich, indulgent, and satisfying. One slice is easily enough for two people. If there’s one downside, it would be that they don’t provide wet wipes or hand sanitizer at the table, which feels like a small but noticeable miss for a place of this standard. (The only reason for dropping a star). Overall, it’s a dependable spot with great service and solid food.
