We had such a great experience today! It was a public holiday and almost every cake shop was closed, but this was the only place open. We called just before closing time, and even though they were about to shut, they kindly waited for us when we said we were on the way. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The cake was amazing as well! Highly recommend this place — they really go above and beyond for their customers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
